This was my second time trying this place, and I’ll definitely be heading back! It’s a great study spot with tons of seating. As for the coffee, I would suggest the Aztec Mocha latte and their potato breakfast burrito. For parking, while it’s limited, they do have short term parking spots up front!

Literally the cutest place and they’ve got really good food and their hot cocoa is sooo good! Loved the atmosphere and the ambiance. Also, their workers are awesome! Will be coming back. Update: I came back and got a rosemary bagel with cream cheese and it was DELIGHTFUL.
